Brigandine of small-plates, based on pictorial historical sources and an artifact of the 15th century, located in the castle of Basel (Switzerland). Armor assembled of a large number of metal plates and assembled on about 2500 rivets. For comparison, stylized brigandine "Wimbledon" contains about 300 rivets. Inside, each rivet is made with a round hat, so as not to tear the gambeson.
The plates are made of titanium grade 6 (VT20) thickness 0.8mm, weight of the armor is 3.5-4.5 kg. Buckles is historical of yellow brass.
