Bigandine of small-plates, based on an artifact of Italian origin, dated 1540-1560 and kept in the Metropolitan Museum.. Armor assembled of a large number of metal plates and assembled on about 3000 rivets.
The plates are made of titanium grade 6 (VT20) thickness 0.6-0.8mm, weight of the armor is 5-6 kg.
